Welcome

Online Counselling for Adults Across the UK

I’m Pamela Greenwood MBACP, a qualified counsellor offering professional, confidential online counselling for adults across the UK.

I support people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, emotional overwhelm, ADHD, Autism and neurodivergence. If you feel stuck, exhausted, anxious, misunderstood or unsure how to move forward, counselling can give you a safe and supportive space to talk openly and begin making sense of what you are experiencing.

My approach is warm, down-to-earth and non-judgemental. I work at your pace, helping you explore your thoughts, feelings and patterns while developing practical tools to manage life’s challenges more confidently.

Counselling can support you with:

Anxiety and excessive worry
Depression or low mood
Stress and burnout
ADHD and Autism
Neurodivergence and late diagnosis
Low self-esteem and confidence
Relationship difficulties
Emotional overwhelm
Anger, sadness or feeling stuck
Life changes and personal challenges

You do not need to have everything worked out before starting counselling. Many people come to therapy simply knowing that something does not feel right and they would like support to understand themselves better.

Online Counselling That Works Around You

I offer online counselling sessions to adults throughout the UK. Online therapy allows you to access support from a private, comfortable space without the need to travel.

This can be especially helpful if you experience anxiety, sensory overwhelm, low energy, a busy schedule, mobility difficulties or simply prefer the flexibility of online sessions.

My Counselling Approach

I use an integrative approach, combining Person-Centred Counselling with CBT-informed techniques where helpful. This means our work together can include both emotional exploration and practical strategies.

Together, we can look at what is happening for you, understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviours connect, and find ways to help you feel more in control.

Taking the First Step

Reaching out for counselling can feel difficult, especially if you are used to coping alone. You are welcome to contact me for an informal, no-obligation conversation to see whether I feel like the right counsellor for you.
